Come savor, share, and experience the true essence of Spain with Museo del Jamón!
Museo del Jamón was founded in 1978 in Madrid, Spain, as the first themed Jamón restaurant in the country, revolutionizing the way people enjoy this Spanish culinary gem and creating a space to learn, discover, and share with friends.
Today, the third generation of our family continues to offer the best of our culinary tradition and bring it to all corners of the world. Now, we are proud to share it with our friends in New York, through Museo del Jamón Experience in Little Spain.
